While the challenges presented by the COVID-19 situation are extensive, our teams have adjusted, and we’re still supporting American homes and businesses. We’re working tirelessly to get high-demand products back into our inventory and able to ship the same day you place an order - watch your email for sales on high-demand products that are available daily!

While we’re proud to still be supporting you, we have made temporary changes to some of our policies and procedures:

  • Customer Service phone lines experiencing longer wait times than usual.
  • Requests for order status and product availability must be emailed to support@totalrestroom.com - a ticket will be created and our team will respond in the order that requests were received.
  • Order processing, PO processing, and delivery time frames may be delayed in some regions.
  • All "essential" products listed below are non-cancelable and non-returnable.


At every level of Total Restroom, our team is working to provide the products American homes and businesses need to face this global health crisis. In many cases, our traditional suppliers have notified us that specific high-demand products are unavailable or carry longer-than-usual lead times. As a result, our supply chain has expanded to include suppliers we have never worked with before. New supplier relationships often result in higher prices, but our Operations Team is working continuously to find the products Americans need for the lowest prices available to us.

It is also important for our newer customers to note that Total Restroom traditionally sells to commercial and industrial facilities. The products used in those types of facilities tend to differ from those used in residential settings. We would like to urge all of our customers to verify the grade of the product before making the final purchase. You are likely to find familiar brands such as Lysol and Clorox, but those cleaners might be Professional Grade, Hospital Grade, Concentrated, and more.
